Every Wednesday this summmer, the Kids of Red Cliff are invited to join us at the old school house. A healthy lunch with indoor and outdoor activites will be provided. Activities include: games, crafts, nature walks, scavenger hunts, etc. Sponsored by The Town of Red Cliff & The Red Cliff Community Fund.

Come to the park for free trash bags. Trash containers will be available at the the Town Office Building (school). Tires (without rims) can be placed by the gym in the pile.
PLEASE NO: construction waste, toxic materials, batteries, liquids, wet paint, concrete, electronics, computer components, televisions.
AFTER PARTY at Mango's Mountain Grill--Anyone that helps is invited! Join us from 2-4pm as we celebrate making our town a beautiful place to live. Anyone who participates in helping clean up our town is invited for: A CHANCE TO WIN prizes, free sodas, burgers, and 50 cent beers!

December 22, 2018 - Holiday Caroling Through the Streets of Red Cliff
Where: Meet at Mango's
Time: 5:00pm - 7:00pm Caroling
Who: Anyone that wants to spread some holiday cheer to our elders of the community!
* Music and song sheets will be provided. Dress warm and bring a flashlight.
* After singing we will return (Approximatley 7pm) to the 2nd floor of Mango's for some free hot chocolate. Santa will also make a special appearance to hand out presents to the local children of Red Cliff!
November 17, 2018 - Red Cliff Annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner
Where: At the Town Auditorium - 400 Pine St
Time: Dinner 4:00pm -6:00pm Bingo 6:00pm-7:00pm
Who: For all residents of the Town of Red Cliff
Notes: This is the most popular free event that has been a local tradition for many years. It's a great chance to meet new comers and established residents, share good stories and catch up on family events. Mango's Mountain Grill will be preparing the turkeys, mashed potatoes and stuffing and residents are asked to bring a favorite family dish, side or a dessert to share. Coffee, tea, lemonade and ice tea will be available. As always, BINGO will start right after dinner with the local kids anouncing the numbers and prizes will be given out to the winners.
September 9, 2018 - Red Cliff Community Unity Day with an Hawaiian Luau Theme!
Where: At the Central Town Park
Time: Noon - 4:00pm
Who: For all residents of the Town of Red Cliff!
Notes: Free food from Mango's, party music and games for the kids will all be available.

Where: Along a portion of the cement retaining wall on the south-east side of High St.
Time: 10:00AM - 2:00PM
Who: For kids, teens, adults, family or teams that want to have fun and display their creative side for residents and travelers driving into Red Cliff!
• Special chalk will be distributed the day of the event and 3' to 5' sections of the wall will be marked off.
• Winners will be announced on Sunday, Sept 9 at the Annual Red Cliff Community Unity Day at the Town Park.

June 7, 2018 - GoPro Mountain Games - Homestake Steep Creek Championship
Dropping a whopping 480-feet per mile, Homestake Creek is a paddling gem that was once known only to Vail Valley locals. This ¼ mile stretch of creek near Eagle County’s oldest town, Red Cliff, is the location of the Steep Creek Championship. Homestake is for experienced kayakers, but spectating the race is extremely fan-friendly! By car it takes about a half hour from Vail Village to reach Homestake Creek for the competition.

May 19, 2018 - Annual Town Clean-Up Day
10:00AM - 2:00PM Rain or Shine!
The Spring Clean is Here! Everyone that lives in the Town of Red Cliff is invited to stop by the central Town Park to pick up garbage bags and do their part to pick up trash, debris and recycle materials in and around Town and their own yards. There will be a thank you party with free food, beer & sodas and raffle for prizes at Mango’s Mountain Grill from 2:00PM to 4:00PM for anyone that participates in helping clean up our Town. (Soda & beer tickets will be distributed during cleanup.)
